Can I request User: pass proxies?

• If your sneaker bot doesn't allow IP auth proxies, we will gladly change your proxies to user: pass. Just create a ticket in the client discord server and leave your purchase email.

What speeds should I be expecting?

• To receive the best speeds while using our proxies, make sure to use a service provider such as Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, and Vultr VPS.

  • Note: Make sure to purchase the correct location that is closet to your server location (Virginia proxies with a Virginia server).

• When doing this, you can expect speeds of around:

  • Captcha DC = 85-100ms

  • ISP DC = 80-100ms

  • Residentials = 1000-2500ms

What's the difference between sticky and rotating on residential plans?

• Residential plans come with both a ‘sticky’ and ‘Rotating’ option. Sticky simply maintains the same IP while refreshing every time on a website. While rotating will generate and use a new IP every time it refreshes the page (best for monitoring).

Can I receive a discount?

• At the time being, we only offer discounts to certain groups. If you are a group owner and would like a group buy, make a ticket in the client-server and we can get one set up!

Do you offer refunds?

• This is a digital product which means NO refunds under any circumstance.

Am I allowed to use these proxies for captcha harvesting?

• Yes we do allow the use of captcha harvesting.

When am I expected to receive my proxies?

• After you purchase a plan, the proxies are automatically loaded onto your user dashboard at https://auproxies.com/Datacenter for datacenter proxies and https://auproxies.com/Residential for residential orders.

How many IP addresses am I allowed to auth at one time?

• You are allowed to auth up to 5 addresses at the same time.
