How can I place an order?

When can I expect my proxies to be delivered?

• When ordering a plan, it is delivered instantly to https://auproxies.com/dashboard. Log in to check it out!

How do I configure my plan correctly?

• We currently offer IP:PORT and USER:PASS authentication. If you're using user:pass you can pop those directly into the bot. IP:PORT requires an additional step below.

Where can I find my IP?

• To find your IP, simply type in google "IP" and your it will appear within the search results of the google page like shown below:

How long does it take to authenticate an IP?

• Instant! After authenticating an IP, the website will load with a message "Awesome! configuration is saved successfully!"

• Your pack should then be ready to go!

What is "Refresh Proxy List"

• For every proxy pack that you order, you have the opportunity to generate a new list if you feel your current list is being throttled/banned on some sites.

  • Note: You can only do this once per order.
