Why does the site say "Closed for a groupbuy!"

  • This simply means that one of our partnered groups is having an exclusive sale for their members only.

  • The site will open approximately an hour after it has started.

Why do my proxies come out as 'bad' in my bot?

  • Make sure that you are using the correct list.

  • Double-check to see if you are using the correct authenticated IP address.

My bot doesn't support IP: auth proxies, can I request user:pass?

  • Yes! Just click the user:pass switch

I forgot to renew, is there a way for me to retrieve the same list of proxies?

  • Unfortunately, once your plan has expired, we are unable to retrieve your old list of proxies.
